Parakeet Pete’s Waterfront Zipline is a unique experience where you zipline across Lake Taneycomo in a chair similar to a ski lift. The feeling is exhilarating.
Fritz’s Aerodium Outdoor Flying Adventure is one of only a few outdoor vertical wind tunnels. With the help of very skilled instructors, you can do inverted skydiving. I was terrified to fly at first. Self doubt set in… what if I’m to old? What if I’m not flexible enough? What if I fall flat on my face? I’m not the most graceful… ya know? The instructors at Fritz’s put all my worries at ease. The staff at Fritz’s are very skilled with bounds of patience. My flight instructor facilitated an exhilarating experience I will never forget. My teens were totally impressed to see my adventurous side at Fritz’s.
Silver Dollar City is a family owned theme park. The historic location became a travel destination due to Marvel Cave. Enjoy delicious food, thrilling rides, and meet the craftsmen. These skilled workers honor age old traditions of creating wares. Watch the craftsmen create and then purchase their goods to take home with you. If you love coasters, I highly recommend Time Traveler at Silver Dollar City. I’ve been to almost every amusement park in America and the Time Traveler is my all time favorite. The Time Traveler defies gravity with a 95 ft tall vertical loop. Add in three inversions during the ride while you are spinning. This coaster is absolutely epic!
The Branson Ferris Wheel provides magnificent views of Branson. Take a spin on Chicago’s former Navy Pier Ferris Wheel to see the Ozark Mountains at a whole new angle. Featuring over 16,000 LED lights and 150ft tall, this ferris wheel is a delight for all ages.
