Summer Thirst Quenchers How To Stay Hydrated All Summer Long

Summer can tend to get pretty hot. With the sun burning down on you, you’ll want something cold, sweet and refreshing to cool down after outdoor summer activities like swimming, playing outside or hiking. Here are some sweet drinks to keep you cool this summer.

 

Cascade Ice sparkling water is a naturally flavored, zero-calorie drink that comes in over 30 refreshing flavors that are healthy, crisp and and free of ‘extras’ like sodium, carbs etc. Great flavors like cherry limeade, raspberry lemonade, cherry pomegranate, etc, are sure to keep you refreshed and hydrated. Be prepared! The best way to stay hydrated is to always take something to drink with you. Place a bottle of Protein2O in your gym bag, a can of Good Idea in your beach bag, and a bottle of Cascade Ice in your purse when running errands for the day. Change up the flavor of your drink so you don’t get bored, as it is very easy to do when drinking plain water.
