We also broke out our swimsuits and sunglasses to see what fun the pool could bring. Featuring two twin racing slides, a drop slide, and a double FlowRider for the ultimate poolside surfing experience, Cypress Springs Water Park provides an abundance of fun for all ages! We felt completely safe at the pool with socially distanced beach chairs on the pool deck, hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the resort, and employees visibly cleaning and sanitizing after guests.

Whether you’re diving down slides, catching waves or lounging by the pool with a margarita, you’ll enjoy your stay and play at the Gaylord Palms’ SummerFest.

Some on-site restaurants are closed due to COVID-19. But never fear…the room service at the Gaylord Palms has been revamped with safety and cleanliness in mind. Order with peace of mind and receive contactless delivery at your hotel door. The menu offers many options just as great as the sit down restaurants around the resort, and maybe even better!

For our contactless room service, we dined on delicious burgers and chicken wings, enjoyed sides of chopped salad and tater tots loaded with melted cheese, chives and bacon bits, and the best Key lime pie I’ve ever had was served for dessert. We also snuck away from our room to visit Wreckers Sports Bar, the best place to watch a game and grab a beer in the whole resort!

In the evening, we enjoyed live performances from the safety of our hotel balcony. Gaylord Palms resort summer series Atrium Vibes is fun and entertaining for the entire family. The soothing sounds helped my family relax and for the evening.
