My barbacoa burrito cecipe is a family favorite. They are portable, easy to hold for little hands, and a whole meal rolled up into one! I recently created a quick and easy Barbacoa burrito recipe using Del Real Foods Barbacoa, Arroz, and Refried Beans!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Del Real Barbacoa
- 6 Flour Tortillas
- 1 pkg Del Real Refried Beans
- 1 pkg Del Real Arroz (Rice)
- Sour cream and shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Heat up Del Real Barbacoa according to directions on the package. On tortilla spread sour cream, refried beans, a thin layer of arroz(rice), then add barbacoa, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Fold in edges and roll for a perfect barbacoa burrito.
