We ended our Girls’ Night Out in The Woodlands with lunch at Mi Cocina, one of my favorite Mexican restaurants.
Mi Cocina is a uniquely upscale Tex-Mex restaurant with an emphasis on using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients complemented by warm, friendly and professional service.
We started with some margaritas and guacamole — the perfect Mexican combo. I am a *huge* fan of guacamole, and this was some of the best I’ve had.
For lunch, I ordered the brisket tacos — one of their most popular dishes. And I can see why! The tacos were tender and juicy and *so* yummy. My friend, Courtney, ordered a salad and it looked so good!
It was the perfect end to a fun weekend at Market Street in The Woodlands.
