Nestled just north of Houston is a shopper’s paradise, and the perfect place for a Girls’ Night Out. I recently had the chance to visit Market Street at The Woodlands with a couple of my blogger girlfriends for a weekend getaway. We had so much fun that I wanted to share all the details of where we stayed and what we experienced.
Our first stop was Hyatt Market Street, a boutique hotel located amidst a mecca of shops and restaurants. I really loved the location — we could walk anywhere we needed to, and that’s really fun when you’re planning to have a good time with your girlfriends.
The room was gorgeous — I roomed with my friend, Courtney from My Crazy Savings, and it was spacious enough that we didn’t feel like we were tripping on each other during our stay.
The staff was super-friendly and accommodating. We even joked with a staff member in the elevator that he could feel free to deliver a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room — and he did! Perfect way to start out our girls’ night!
We enjoyed dinner at Market Street Kitchen, tasting a variety of tapas and appetizers. I’m still dreaming of the spinach and kale dip, and the crispy wontons. YUM.
At Market Street Bar, you can enjoy Happy Hour specials daily and live music on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The view from the bar is gorgeous — with the pool serving as a serene water feature during your time there.
Our hotel room was a nice oasis to return to once our evening festivities were done. I slept so well and loved the pillows. I often judge a good hotel by their pillows — these were divine. The fun snack and bottles of water were a nice addition, too.
