Canyon Bakehouse was founded by Josh and Christi Skow. Christi was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007. Intent on embracing the diagnosis, Christi set forth with the idea to produce gluten free bread with 100 % whole grains and clean ingredients. Created in the Canyon Bakehouse kitchen in the Rocky Mountains, each product is made the old fashioned way!

My family was sent several Canyon Bakehouse products to sample. As someone who loves bread but is gluten intolerant, any gluten free bread or baked goods must be tasty with a good texture. That is the golden rule and I will not waiver. ALL Canyon Bakehouse products passed the test with flying colors. Two thumbs up for sure.

My children fell in love with Canyon Bakehouse Cranberry Crunch Muffins. I was able to get a few good pictures, turned around to edit them and the kids gobbled them all up. Four muffins and four babies equals none for me. But when asked, all four kids said they were “Gooooood!” I love the big bits of cranberry you can see popping out of the top of the muffin.
Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread is my favorite Canyon Bakehouse gluten free product. I’m not a big breakfast person. A piece of toast with a cup of coffee and I’m ready to start my day. I toasted a piece of Cinnamon Raisin Bread and then spread a little bit of organic butter on top. Totally delicious! Canyon Bakehouse products are so tasty you don’t even realize they are gluten free! My kids are literally begging me to pick up more on my next visit to the grocery store!
