My love for motorcycles began as a child. My parents have been motorcycle enthusiasts for many years. As a car and motorcycle mechanic, my dad was always tinkering on his motorcycles. My parents had quite the unconventional but amazing motorcycle wedding. They incorporated their love of motorcycles by creating an aisle of Harley Davidson motorcycles for my mom to walk down. I found pictures of myself as a baby stuffed in my dad’s leather jacket riding on his Harley. The dog I had while growing up was a german shepard dog named Harley. My friends declared me the coolest girl in kindergarten when my dad picked me up from the first day of school on his Harley Davidson. The look on my classmates face when my dad cracked the pipes on his Harley was priceless!
When I met my husband I was overjoyed to learn of his love for motorcycles. The feeling of freedom with the kickstand is up and wind is in your hair is the most relaxing way to spend your day. On the weekends we love to hop on our Harley Davidson and go for a ride to reconnect as a couple. We try to make an adventure out of each trip by visiting an area we have yet to discover and seek out new restaurants! Thru our adventures we have discovered that Best Western is thee most rider friendly hotel because of the host of amenities available.
Best Western offers the Best Western Ride Rewards Program. The Ride Rewards program provide perks for riders including complimentary wipe-down towels and access to a cleaning station. Some hotels offer extra benefits, including reserved parking spaces, bottled water and lip balm! As a rider, one of the worst things aside from a sunburn on your forehead is chapped or sunburned lips. Thank goodness for complimentary lip balm!
